TOE-IN

► CHECKING
If the toe-in is not properly aligned,
the steering wheel may be uncon-
trollable or the tractor may produce
an abnormal vibration. Measure the
distance A and the distance B of the
front wheels and see if the different
between the two measurements is
0.16 ~ 0.3 in (4~8 mm).

(1) Nut
► AdjusTING
If not, loosen nuts at the end of the
cylinder rod on both sides and adjust
the length of the screws. Tighten the
nuts when the toe-in is 0.16 ~ 0.3 in
(4~8 mm).
• Left and right adjustment of screw
length must be same.

(A) Stop Bolt Retaining Lock Nut
(B) Lock Nut
1. Slowly turn the steering wheel to
the left until the steering cylinder
travel has reached its limit, the
steering stops.
2. Measure between bottom of bolt
head and case "A". It should be 1.2
in (30 mm).
