1. INTRODUCTION This is an HD to Video with HD bypass scan converter. It is designed to convert a variety of analog component images, from 480p up to 1080p and converts them to NTSC or PAL standards video with extra HD images bypass. -

6. OPERATION CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS 6.1 Front Panel DC 5V POWER HD IN HD to Video Converter YPbPr HD IN These slots are to connect from source equipment such as DVD player or Set-Top-Box with component video cables. POWER Button Press this button to switch On or set the device to standby mode. -

6.2 Rear Panel S-Video Under Video Scan Over Scan NTSC HD Bypass UnderScan/OverScan Switch Switch to adjust the output image to be underscan or overscan on the display in order to view the full image.
