Using the terminal program, place the radio in CCTM as follows:
Enter the character ^ to reset the radio.

As soon as the radio is reset, the letter v is displayed. (If an

uppercase letter V appears, this implies a fault.)
Immediately the letter v is displayed, enter the character % . (The
3.
character % must be entered within half a second of the letter v
appearing.)
If the character % is accepted, the character – is displayed in
4.
response, and the message CL (two-digit display) or C (one-digit
display) appears on the radio's LCD screen. This implies that the
radio has entered CCTM. If the attempt fails, repeat Steps 1 to 3.
Once the radio is in CCTM, the CCTM commands may be entered as
shown in Table 1.1 to Table 1.5. Depending on the command, a
response might or might not be displayed. If an error occurs, an error
code will be displayed. Possible error codes are listed in Table 1.6.
