How to remove the spindle motor
(See Fig. 13-1)
1. Remove the screws (E1) x 3 pcs., and remove the spidle
motor.
Caution:
Be careful so that the turntable is not damaged.
How to remove the optical pickup
(See Fig. 13-2)
1. Remove the screws (F1) x 3 pcs.
Caution:
Be careful so that the gear is not damaged.
(The damaged gear emits noise during searching.)
How to Replacing the loading pinch roller
(See Fig. 13-3.)
1. Remove the fixing washer (G1) x 1 pc. with small precise
screwdriver, and remove the loading pinch roller upward.
Caution:
The deformed or damaged fixing washer must be replaced
with new one.
How to Cleaning the loading pinch roller
(See Fig. 13-3.)
1. Impregnate swab with several drops of alcohol, and clean
the loading pinch roller with it.
2. Before using make sure that the cleaned parts have dried
sufficiently.
