Listening to a MiniDisc MD-E9000H Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on. Press the MD button. Load a MiniDisc into the MD compartment, label side up. Switching the Display MD-E9000H Switching the display during MD playback Each time the DISPLAY (DEMO) button on the main unit or the DISPLAY/CHARAC- TER button on the remote control is pressed during MD playback, the display will change. The elapsed playing time for the current track will be displayed.

Before Recording to a MiniDisc MD-E9000H Differences from tape recordings About track numbers When recording from a CD You cannot record music on the reverse side of a MiniDisc. New track numbers will be created automatically according to the original tracks MiniDiscs are single sided and should only be inserted with the correct side up.
