14.0 ERROR CODES
During the initial power-on testing or during operation, the scale may show an
error message. If an error message is shown, repeat the step that caused
the message. If the error is still shown contact your supplier for support.
ERROR
DESCRIPTION
Initial Zero is greater than
Err 4
allowed when power is turned
on or the Zero key is pressed.
A/D count is not correct when
Err 6
turning the scale on.

If you need to order any spare parts and accessories, contact your supplier or

Weight is on the pan when
turning the scale on.
Excessive weight on the pan
when zeroing scale.
Improper calibration of the scale.
Damaged load cell.
Damaged Electronics.
Platform is not installed.
Load cell is damaged.
Electronics is damaged.
