You can configure the severity level and time-stamp units of messages logged by modules and facilities.

Configuring Module and Facility Messages Logging
Purpose

Copies the running configuration to the startup
configuration.
Purpose

mode.

log messages that
have the specified
severity level or
higher. Severity
levels range from
0 to 7:
• 0 –
emergency
• 1 – alert
• 2 – critical
• 3 – error
• 4 – warning
• 5 –
notification
• 6 –
informational
• 7 –
debugging
