Note: The bearing of the parallel index lines that are displayed in the Pl menu
represents the true value when the bearing display of the radar reads N UP or C
UP and the relative value when it reads H UP.
Operation of Parallel Index Lines
@ Rotate the PL (Parallel lndex Lines) in the same direction of rotating the [EBL] control
( O a n d @ ) .
@ The interval of the Pl can be decreased as The [VRM] control is rotiated anliclockwise
(@ and increased as the [VRM] control is rotated anticlockwise (@).
@ Tne rotation and interval of the Pl are controlled efiectively only from the Pl Menu.
When the Pl Menu is closed, the parallel index lines are fixed.
@ Repeat the above procedures from the first step to move the Pl again.
