1st Creasing Unit (Mountain
Crease)
This unit places a positive crease. When the
machine is shipped, the creasing unit for 0.8
mm/0.031" wide is installed. By using the optional
devices, the width of the crease can be changed.

2nd Creasing Unit (Valley Crease)
This unit places a negative crease. When the
machine is shipped, the creasing unit for 0.8
mm/0.031" wide is installed. By using the optional
devices, the width of the crease can be changed.

Creasing Depth Adjusting Dials for
1st Creasing Unit
These dials adjust the pressure of the creasing of
the 1st creasing unit. Adjust two dials in the front
and rear of the unit evenly. See page 72 for
details.

These dials adjust the pressure of the creasing of
the 2nd creasing unit. Adjust two dials in the front

Transport Handwheel
Turn this handwheel to move the transport belts.
You can use this handwheel to remove the
jammed sheets from the creasing section manu-
ally.

Handwheel for 1st Creasing Unit
Turn this handwheel to move the 1st creasing unit
manually.

Handwheel for 2nd Creasing Unit
Turn this handwheel to move the 2nd creasing
unit manually.

Lock Levers
Loosen these lock levers when you adjust the
creasing depth.

Middle Guide
If jams occur, remove the wing bolts and remove
this guide. See the Quick Start Guide for details.
