Continuity of White cable (stator)
•
Check continuity of White cable between stator and regulator connector.
Replace stator.

Regulator voltage output
•
Refit connector in voltage regulator.
•
Run engine at 1900/000 RPM.
•
Connect Tester (00 v AC) to connector of voltage regulator, as follows:
•
Terminal (+) of Tester
•
Terminal (-) of Tester
•
value read must be approximately 1 volts.
OK
Check wiring (Yellow and Red/Green cable) between
regulator, carburettor starter and light switch.
