COMPLAINT

Cover won't OPEN
Never use
force to
OPEN cover.
O-ring Break
DO NOT
rest basket
on top flange of cooking
well. Damage to area in
contact with o-ring can
cause leaking under pres-
sure or 0-ring failure.
Pressure Gauge does not
indicate rising pressure
when exhaust valve is
closed.

PRESSURE SYSTEM TIPS

DO NOT
when there is pressure in the cooking well. Hot oil could spray out under
pressure causing serious burns.
COMPLAINT
