Assembly

1. Figure A shows the contents of the box:
1) Tiller with engine
2) Whels 500x10
3) Side guard
4) Handelbar
5) Extension tubes for wheels
6) Outer blades
7) Extension rotors
8) Debth skid
9) Cotter bolt with cotter pins X 6
10) Screws and nuts for mounting side guards x 10
11) User's manual
2. Figure B shows mounting of the upper handle bars. Use the supplied bolt and hand
knob. Please note that the bolt goes through the spring, Figure B, 2.
The front bolt must be loosened before mounting, see Figure B, 1.
3. Figure C.
Mount the extension tubes on the output shaft as shown. Use the cotterpins to fix
the tubes.
4. Figure D/E
Mount wheel as shown, use the washer between the wheel and the coterpin.
5. Figure F
Mount the debth skid using the cotter pins.
6. Figure G.
Mount the tiller blades with the supplied cotter pins
It is important that the cutting edge of the tiller blade is turned toward the front as
shown in Figure G, 1.
7. Figure H.
Mount side guards as shown. Use the supplied screws and nuts.
8. Fill up with fuel and oil according to instructions in engine manual.
"Caution! Rotating blades"
Using the machine on steep slopes is dangerous!
Only use the machine in areas where it can be
operated safely!
