the problem is with HPE HW, the representative will arrive on site any time and day of the year to begin
hardware maintenance service within 4 hours of the service request being logged. In case, the issue is with
Hewlett Packard Enterprise or supported third-party software product and cannot be resolved by applying
known fixes, Hewlett Packard Enterprise will contact the third-party vendor and create a problem incident on
