OPENING AND CLOSING OF
HOOD AND SIDE COVERS

(1) Hood Open Lever
(a) Pull
1. Press the hood open lever to re-
lease the lock of hood.
2. raise the hood with both hands.
3. When closing the hood, press the
front part of hood until a clicking
sound is heard.
4. after closing the hood, try to pull
up the hood to see if the hood is
securely locked in place.

CHECKING AND CHANGING OILS

Do not dispose of waste oils in wa-
terways or in sewage system, but
take appropriate measures such as
contacting a waste oil disposal spe-
cialists.

Never fill the fuel tank when
the engine is running or hot. .

(1) Engine Oil Filler
►CHECKING OIL
Pull out the dipstick, clean the tip of
dipstick, put it back into the engine,
and pull it out again to see if the oil
level is between the upper and lower
limit. If the oil level is below the lower
limit, add oil.
