Mounting the positioner on a part-turn actuator with OPOS interface (VDI/VDE 3847)

Requirement
Mounting surface may not exceed a surface roughness of Rz10 and a flatness deviation of 0.05 mm.

Procedure
1. Prior to mounting the positioner, remove the cover foil from the pneumatic connections.
2. Screw magnet clamp
for OPOS interface (VDI/VDE 3847) (Page 11)".
3. Fasten the positioner on the interface. Tighten fixing screws
dimensions specified in the above figure.
4. Check whether the gap dimensions for the magnet clamp
