Loading the Envelope
Form
Load the envelope form in the printer feed trays
and the standard tray.
• For more information on the setting of enclosure
paper, see the guides of the ComColor GD
Series printer.
• The envelope form is coated with adhesive.
Depending on the storage environment,
envelope form may stick together and may be
double fed when feeding into the unit. Fan
envelope form well before using.
• When setting into a high capacity feeder
(optional), set in the same direction as when
setting into the standard tray. For more
information, see the guides of the ComColor GD
Series printer.
• Depending on the printer driver [Duplex print
(Enclosures)], the direction of the envelope form
setting differs. If the envelope form is not set
correctly, the transporting rollers may become
contaminated. Also, the envelope form will not
be able to be sealed.

Pull a tray out, toward the front.

While pinching on the lever of the
fence, pull towards the front until
the tray stops to expand the fence.

Expand the Stopper.
Hold the stopper from both sides and move it out of
the way.
