HOW TO CUSTOM NAME INPUTS

RENAMING INPUTS

One again, AiOS is all about Lifestyle audio and customization. This means you can rename any
input to something more familiar or easily understood. For example, if you have a CD player
connected to "LINE 1", you can rename LINE 1 to "CD Player". This allows anyone who uses your
AiOS system to easily navigate through the connected sources.
1. Press the MENU Button on the IR remote and scroll down to "Input Names" and press
Enter.
2. This will display all the default input names as follows; COAXIAL, OPTICAL, BLUETOOTH,
LINE1, LINE 2, LINE 3, and Reset All.
3. Scroll to the desired input and press Enter. For example; highlight LINE 1 and press Enter.
4. Using the alphanumeric keys on the IR remote, type the new name and press Enter when
done.
5. From now on input LINE 1 will be called "CD Player".
6. To reset all custom names, scroll down to Reset All and press Enter.
NOTE: You can rename all inputs except Network, Internet, USB and SD Card. If you reset or
update AiOS firmware it is possible you may lose your stored information.
