Press [Register Unit Name].

Enter the new name → press [OK].
In this example, ' sales dept. ' is entered.
The unit name is now registered. Next, select the line type.
Press [Select Line Type].
Press [Tone] → [OK].
Press [Close].
Attaching the Sender's Name to Sent

Set the machine so that information for the sender appears on
sent documents.
Press
(Settings/Registration).
Press [Function Settings].
Press [Send].
