Inputs of CVP-x switch which are serviced by CD system. Value
'0' of parameter means using a CVP-1 switch, while a value
greater than zero means CVP-2 switch - the individual digits in the
number means which inputs in the switch are used (eg. CAin=124
- picture from inputs 1 - H el. cassette, 2 - U el. cassette and 4
- additional camera eg. from parking lot)
