Troubleshooting

If your Hub is showing an orange or purple light,
it's running okay but needs a bit of help connecting
to the internet.
Here's what to do

Connect a device to the Hub using wireless or an Ethernet cable.

Open a new web browser on your device.

Follow the on-screen help wizard to get connected.
