Automatic Station Release

Description
After going off-hook, if an extension user fails to dial any digits within a specified time period,
the user will be disconnected from the line after reorder tone is sent. To get a line again, the
user must go back on-hook and then off-hook.
Conditions
This function works in the following cases:
When making a call
a)
The first digit has not been dialed within 10 seconds.
b)
After a digit is dialed, the next one is not dialed within five seconds (Intercom call only).
