(Note) In case of variable partial scanning, line numbers for partial scanning in continuous shutter mode must be 20
lines or more. Meanwhile, a minimum of one line scanning is possible in asynchronous shutter mode.
Dummy line is output when performing one line scanning, and the second line makes an effective line.
