MOD3 [7..0] This sets the following camera operation mode. The bit map in the register is as follows.

H'20: [ The preset shutter speed setting by the H.]
SVR [7..0] H'20 and H'21 set the preset value for electronic shutter speed.
H'21: SVR[15..0] represents the setting value(in the H) of the shutter speed.
SVR [15..8] ＊The value is replaced by 4095 automatically when the value greater than 4095 is set.
The preset shutter speed is defined by the following formula.
Shutter speed = SVR[15...0] × (1H cycle time)+SHR[15...0] × (1CLK cycle time).
＊The exposure time is one frame time(No shutter) when both SVR and SHR are set at "0".
* The camera works with the minimum shutter speed when the value of SHR is set to 0 or between 1 and 306.
