Settings – EVC System Display
Settings for the "EVC system display" are performed
using the buttons (1–5) on the display.
The engine(s) must have the ignition switched on
when display settings are performed.

Display Contrast

Adjust the display contrast by pushing button 5. Then
push the "contrast buttons" (help icons above the but-
tons indicates which buttons) to adjust the level to one
of 5 stages. Confirm by pushing EXIT.

Configuration Menu

To perform display settings other than display con-
trast, first enter the (hidden) CONFIGURATION
MENU by pushing button 5 for 5 seconds (or more).
The configuration menu contains:
•
SYSTEM INFORMATION – Entry to the EVC
Basic Window. For additional information, please
see EVC Basic Window on page 128.
•
SETTINGS – Menu for the display settings (not
the EVC settings which are to be found in the
SETTINGS menu of the "EVC Basic Window").
•
SYSTEM – Menu with functions and information
intended for service purpose only.

Bleep

Set whether or not the display should BLEEP when
the display buttons are pushed.
1. Enter the (hidden) CONFIGURATION MENU by
pressing button 5 for 5 seconds (or more).
When in the CONFIGURATION MENU, help icons
above the buttons will indicates their function.
2. Select SETTINGS and enter.
3. Select BLEEP and enter.
4. Set BLEEP ON or OFF and confirm by pushing
BACK.
