2. Voltage
• Connect the pocket tester (DC20V) to the
fuel gauge coupler.
Tester (+) lead->Brown terminal (~
Tester (-) lead->Frame ground
• Turn the main switch to
" O N " .
• Check for voltage (12V) of the " B r o w n "
lead on the fuel sender lead.

• Connect the fuel sender to wireharness.
• M o v e the float to
" U P " ( ~
or " D O W N " (~.

• Turn the main switch to
" O N " .
• Check the fuel gauge needle moves

Before reading the meter, stay put the float
for more than three minutes respectively at
" U P " or " D O W N " .
