1. Removal:

N O T E :
• Remove the ring nuts by steering nut wrench.

• Hold the lower bracket by hand, then remove
by using the steering nut w r e n c h @.
• Do not loss the balls (Upper: 22 pcs, Lower:
19 pcs).
2. Remove
• Front fork a s s e m b l y
Refer to "FRONT FORK" section.
3. Remove
• Ball race
Ball race r e p l a c e m e n t steps:
• Remove the ball races on the head pipe us-
ing long rod (~ and the h a r m m e r as s h o w n .
• Remove the ball races on the under bracket
using the floor chisel ( ~ a n d the h a r m m e r as
s h o w n .
