Faults
Remedy
Check batteries, charge if required. Fully charge battery
if it has got discharges so that the electronics system can
release the function lock.
Check battery pole fuse at the positive pole of the battery
(100 A); inform customer service if the fuse is defective.
Check fresh water level, refill tank if necessary.
Check hoses for blockages; clean if required.
BR...: Remove the cover of the water inlet at the suction
head and clean the water canal.
Clean the seals between dirt water reservoir and cover
and check for tightness, replace if required.
Clean the fluff filter.
Clean the vacuum lips on the vacuum bar, turn or re-
place if required
Check if the suction hose and vacuum bar are chocked,
clean if required
Check the suction hose for tightness; replace if required.
Check if the cover on the dirt water discharge hose is
closed
Check the setting of the vacuum bar.
Check whether the turbine is running and is creating un-
der-pressure; call Customer Service, if required.
Drive in the running gear.
Check the brushes for wear, replace if required.
Check detergent dosing (optional).
Replace pump hose of the dosing pump.
Check if foreign matters block the brushes; remove for-
eign matter if required.
Open dosing equipment at the drain hose. Pull out the
suction hose from suction beam and close it by hand. Set
the program selection switch to suction or vacuuming.
The blockage will be sucked out from the drain hose into
the dirt water tank.
