13.11 Pulling loads

Risk of injury!
The driving characteristics of the
machine change when transporting
loads (e.g. longer braking
distance). The heavier the load, the
more the driving characteristics are
changed. Therefore select a lower
driving speed when pulling loads.
Avoid damage to the machine.
The maximum pulled load is
decreased on inclines.
● Before attaching loads, check the
braking function. (
13.5)
Maximum trailer weight on a level surface
= 250 kg
Maximum trailer weight on a maximum 10°
inclination = 100 kg
Maximum coupling load = 40 kg
Maximum pulled load = 40 kg
A pulled load of 40 kg at the trailer
coupling is achieved when pulling a
trailer with a weight of 250 kg on a
level surface.
