4. ASSEMBLY STEPS Unpack the carton and check that all parts are included. Do not dispose of the packaging material until assembly has been completed. Assembling tools are included. Step 1 three Screws(9) and three Washers (10). Step 2 Computer Wire (25). Place two Metal Bushings (74) onto Rail Tube (2), then attach Rail Tube (2) to Mainframe (1).

USAGE INFORMATION LOAD ADJUSTMENT FOLDING 1. To increase the tension, turn the tension knob (51) clockwise. (refer to unfolding diagram) 2. To decrease the tension, turn the tension knob (51) counterclockwise. CAUTION When rowing on this product, please grasp the pull grip firmly. STEP1 Always return the pull grip gently and slowly.

7. FITNESS TIPS AND TECHNIQUES AEROBIC EXERCISE Aerobic exercise is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs. Aerobic exercise improves the fitness of your lungs and heart - your body’s most important muscle. Aerobic exercise fitness is promoted by any activity that uses your large muscle -arms, legs, or buttock, for example.
8. CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment; a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.
9. WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following three parts: A warm-up, consisting of 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body tem- perature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. Training zone exercise, consisting of 20 to 30 minutes of exercising with your heart rate in your training zone.
PLEASE NOTE : The rower shown is for illustration purposes only and may not be identical to your TROJAN CAMBRIDGE 300 ROWER. However, the exercise principles are the same for all rowing machines and should be adapted to your own individual style.
