3 Connection of fuel injection
system sub-wire harness
coupler
Check the connection of the
coupler is secure.
Remove the coupler and
check each pin (for bending,
wear, or locking).
4 Continuity of wire harness

Throttle position sensor: open or short circuit detected. (no normal
signals are received from the throttle position sensor.)

• 14–20 (fully closed position)
• Check with throttle valves fully closed.
• Check with throttle valves fully open.
