Preparatory work

Conduct a brief test
Disconnect the negative pole of the battery
The following components must be removed first of all
All cars
Glove box
Side A pillar trim, footwell right
Radio receiver
Dashboard side trim, right
Pedal trim (only cars without Flash adapter built after 09/08)
Release the centre console (only when installing the basic Bluetooth hands-free kit with
USB/audio interface retrofit kit)
AUX-IN jack (only when installing the basic Bluetooth hands-free kit with USB/audio interface
retrofit kit)
E90, E91, E92 cars only
A pillar trim on the right
Roof function centre/front interior light
E93 cars only
Steering column shroud
