Preparation: 15 mins

1 chopped onion, 2 tomatoes, 2 red peppers, 400 ml chicken stock,
salt, pepper.
Rinse the rice under running water. Peel the tomatoes and remove the

Rinse the rice under running water. Place the olive oil, chopped onion
and rice in the bowl. Stir well. Include the frozen sea food. Add the fish
concentrate and a pinch of saffron. Season. Close the lid and switch on.
