Section 1: service
A. Preparation for use
Fuel system
Check all the fuel line connection, ensure all connection correctly from the fuel tank to
the filter, then to the fuel pump.
Ensure fuel drain plug of the fuel tank tightened.
Fill the fuel tank with correct fuel.
Battery
Check the battery level, if necessary, filled with distilled water or drinking water has
been approved.
Connect the battery cable, if disconnected, connect positive electrode firstly.
Brake system
Check hydraulic oil leaked or not.
Start vehicles Slowly, loosen the accelerator, trample on the inch valve pedal,
examine the braking effect.
Engine and piston pump
Check the engine oil level, refill if necessary.
Check joint leakage condition of piston pump and motor etc hydraulic components.
Rear axle and reducer
Check the driving axle and reducer oil level, refill if necessary,
Tyre inflation
Check air pressure of tyres, inflate if necessary.
After dismantle the wheels, the Suggestions for strengthen nut tightened.
After 2 hours, then 50 hours, and every 200 hours periodically:
Recommend wheel nut tightened:
Suggested wheel pressure
Hydraulic oil
Check the hydraulic oil tank liquid level, oil filler of mesh marked on the minimum
amount of liquid level.
Warning: Due to the hydraulic tank with pressure, loosen the filler cap, before
opening, release pressure slowly.
Grease adding
Add in the each nozzle.

All articulated body
3. All axle sleeves.
B. Regular maintenance table
The wheel loader must be maintained in accordance with the following table:
