Press MENU, select Settings and press OK.

Select the desired language and press OK to confirm.

Area-Code
This setting is needed for reading from the SIM-Card and adapting to the
Swiss network. If you have a country code on the SIM-Card it will be replaced
by a 0 (zero). If you have a foreign number with "+" this will be replaced
by 00 (two zero's). The phone's default setting is prepared for the Swiss network.
Press MENU, select Settings and press OK.

Select Handset Settings and press OK for confirmation.

Select Area-Code and press OK.

Select the Country-Code, Int. Prefix or Nat. Prefix and press OK.

Enter the Number needed and press OK to store.

Changing the handset PIN
To protect the handset settings from unauthorized access you should change
the handset PIN (factory setting: 0000) to a PIN that only you know.
Press MENU, select Settings and press OK.

Select Handset Settings and press OK for confirmation.
ó
Select Handset PIN and press OK.
ó
Enter the current handset PIN (factory setting: 0000).
ó
Enter the new handset PIN (4 digits).
ó
Re-enter the new handset PIN to verify. If match the new handset PIN is saved.

Factory settings for the handset
The phone book and the handset name are not deleted when you reset
the handset.
Press MENU, select Handset Set and press OK.
ó
Select Default Set and press OK.
ó
Enter the handset PIN (factory setting: 0000).
ó
Display „Reset all Setting?".
ó
Press OK.

Display „All Settings Reset".
