Editing an entry

Press MENU, select Phonebook and press OK.

(If you press in standby mode, the phone book will be opened directly)
Select entry.

Press Option to open sub menu.

Select Edit Entry and press OK.
ó
Now you can change the entry.
Press Option.
ó
Select Save and press OK to store.
ó

Deleting an entry

Press MENU, select Phonebook and press OK.

Select entry.

Press Option to open sub menu.

Select Delete Entry.
ó
Press OK to delete.

Deleting the phone book

Press MENU, select Phonebook and press OK.

Press Option to open sub menu.

Select Delete List and press OK.
ó
Display "Delete All Entries?".
ó
Press OK to delete all entries.
ó

Displaying the memory status

Press MENU, select Phonebook and press OK.

Press Option to open sub menu.

Select Memory Status.
ó
Press OK.

The number of phone book entries is displayed.

Phonebook and SIM-Card reader

With the SIM-Card Read / Write on the bottom of the base you can read or
write entries from or to your SIM Card.

Copy entries from SIM-Card to the handset

Press MENU, select Phonebook and press OK.

(You can also select the symbol on the navigation key for direct access)
Press Option.
ó
Select Copy from SIM and press OK for confirmation.
ó
Enter the PIN of your SIM-Card.
ó
Copy one entry:
Select the entry you whish to copy and press Option.
ó
Select Copy Entry and confirm by pressing OK.
ó
Copy all entries:
Press Option.
ó
Select Copy all and confirm by pressing OK.

Copy from Handset to SIM-Card

Press MENU, select Phonebook and press OK.

(You can also select the symbol for direct access.)
Press Option.

Select Copy to SIM and press OK for confirmation.

Enter the PIN-Code of your SIM-Card.

Set the Area-Code:
Press Option.
ó
Select Area-Code and confirm by pressing OK.
ó
Enter your Area-Code, including the needed 0 (zero).

Press OK for confirmation.
