The water is primarily used for industrial applica- tions. The system may only be used after a prior water analysis and an appro- priate pre-treatment of the water have been performed.

The ratio between the perme- ate volume produced and the concentrate volume flowing to the drain is called recovery.

Furthermore, all regulations and guidelines which apply at the installa- tion site must be observed.
