Manage Custom Sizes (System Build-in Function)
Create a Custom Paper Size
1. Open the file to be printed;
2. Follow the steps below:
• Go to File >> Page Settings. In the Settings menu, select Page Properties, Then select
Format followed by Any Printer. This will allow you to print documents on any printer that
supports the paper size you have defined.
• If the Page Settings is not available, select File >> Print. If the Print dialog box contains only
two pop-up menus and some buttons at the bottom, click the triangle beside the pop-up
menu.
3. Select Custom Paper Size from the Paper Size pop-up menu.
4. Click the [+] button.
5. Double click the Paper Size Name and enter a new name.
Enter the required dimensions under Paper Size and Non-Printable Area and click [OK].
• System Build-in Function: Built-in functions vary with the version of Mac OS X installed.
Orientation
You can select the orientation of your document (Portrait or Landscape).
