Accessing additional functions via the PC interface
To enable your handset to communicate with a PC, the "Gigaset QuickSync" pro-
gram must be installed on your PC (free to download and more information at
www.gigaset.com/gigasetSL910).
Using this program, you can update the handset's firmware using a USB connection
between the PC and handset (
Using Bluetooth (
accept calls on the handset and load caller pictures, screensavers and sounds/ring-
tones in the following formats from the PC to your handset.
Sound
– Ringtones
– Imported sounds
Picture
– Caller picture
– Screensaver
Please note

If the USB data cable is plugged in, a Bluetooth connection cannot be estab-
lished. If it is plugged in during an existing Bluetooth connection, this is can-
celled.

Using a USB connection with a power supply of 500 mA. the handset's bat-
tery is charged.
On USB connections with lower charging currents, the handset's battery
is discharged!
