NO COMMUNICATION

1 comments:

When there is no communication in the ClimateMaster Tranquility 30 system, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Thermostat: Ensure a communicating thermostat is installed. If not, use a communicating service tool for configuration and diagnosis.

2. Verify Connections: Confirm proper wiring between the thermostat and DXM2 control board. Check terminals R, C, and communication wires.

3. Inspect Power Supply: Make sure 24Vac Hot (R) and 24Vac Common (C) are present and supplying correct voltage.

4. Use Diagnostic Tool: If communication is still absent, connect a diagnostic tool to the system for two-way communication and troubleshooting.

5. Check DIP Switch Settings: Verify DXM2 board DIP switch S2-7 is set correctly if dehumidification is used.

6. Review Fault LEDs: Check for any fault indication on LED L or AL1 to help identify communication or system issues.
