7. If the cable for the external alarm indicator is shielded, connect the shielding to a

connection terminal (to be ordered separately) with the positive pole of the alarm

indicator. The shielding must not touch any other potentials or metal parts in the

device.

8. Attach the clip onto the contacts of the 9V battery and place the battery in the

battery compartment of the housing bottom. Do not connect the battery cable to

the connector on the p.c.b. until commissioning.

9. Let the housing cover snap in the housing bottom.
