Start the Settings App

You can configure many parameters on the computer such as the display
orientation, or the network settings. The values you set for these
parameters determine how the computer operates.
You configure the computer using the Settings app.
The Settings app is located in the All Apps menu.
• Tap All Apps > Settings. Or, pull down the Action Center from the
top of the screen and tap All Settings.
