a 1/2"
wrenchto turn theburner
orificespudclockwiseuntilit is snug
wirhthebase. Do not overtighten.

The air adjustmentshutterfor the
— ovenburner is locatedat the open
j-:Yof the venturitube and setson
—the hoodof the valve.
Theairshuttershouldbe completely
open for use with LP gas. Loosen
the Phillipshead screw and rotate
the shutter to open position.

Todetermineif the ovenburner
flameis proper, observethe flame.
It shouldsteadywith approximately
1"blue cones and the flame should
notextendout overthe edgesofthe
baffle. For LP gas, this should
occur when the air adjustment
shutteris completelyopen.

screw.N can be found to the right
of the thermostat.
3. To adjust, use a blade-type
screwdriver.Turn pilot adjustment
screw until pilot is 1/4"high. Do
not reduce flame to less than 1/4"
or pilot outagemay occur. A larger
than recommended pilot flame ma!
generate soot (carbon black) on thf
bottom of your cooktop.
