The OVEN CONTROL knobis

Use the switch on the backguard to
turn the light on and off.
oven SheIves
To remove the shelves from the
oven, pull them towardyou, tilt
frontend upwardand pullthemout.
To replace, place shelf on shelf
support with stop-locks(curved
extensionunder shelf) facingup
and towardrear of oven. Tilt up
front and push shelf towardback of
ovenuntilit goes past "stop" on
ovenwall. Then lowerfrontof shelf
and push it all the way back.

The shelves are designed with stop-
loc.ksso when placed correctly on
the shelf supports, they will stop
beforecoming complete~yout of
the oven and will not tilt when you
arc removing food from them or
phwing food on them.
When placing cookware on a shelf,
pull the shelf out to the "stop"
pc}sition. P lace the cookware on
the she~f,then slide the shelf back
into the oven. This wil~eliminate
reaching into the hot oven.

openingsat the center rear of the
range, (see page 6). Do not block
these openingswhen cookingin the
oven—it i s importantthatthe flowof
hot air fromthe ovenand freshair to
the ovenburners be uninterrupted.

As your ovenheats up, the
temperature change of the air
in the oven may cause water
dropletsto form on the door
glass. To prevent this, open the
ovendoor for the first minute
of ovenheat-up to let the moist
air out.
