v If the ESM firmware version of the new EXP100 is version 953x or lower,
disconnect the new EXP100 and contact IBM support, your IBM reseller, or
your IBM representative for assistance.
v If the ESM firmware version of the new EXP100 is version 955x or higher, but
does not match exactly the ESM firmware version of the EXP100s that were
already installed in the FAStT100 configuration, then refer to the procedures
for resolving ESM firmware mismatches in the IBM TotalStorage FAStT
