Limitations of Use
This product cannot be used for data messaging and position determination services
over the Globalstar system servicing fleets of motor vehicles, rail cars and/or vessels
in the transportation industry, private fleets (i.e. fleets of motor vehicles, rail cars
and/or vessels which a person or entity utilises to provide repair, installation or
service to its customers) and any systems which provide data communications,
monitoring and control between a remote fixed site and a central point.
