5.1.3.Block Read command：Direct (03H)
The data of consecutive ommunication number from the specified communication number is read.
Eight data or less is read. When a consecutive communication number doesn't exist, the data of
8000H is sent back.
Computer → Inverter *The text size is 8 bytes fixed.
