(g) Reinstall the heater unit cover.

(3) EXPANSION VALVE & PIPING
(a) Wrap the insulator around the expansion valve
as shown.

(b) Install the expansion valve to the evaporator.

(c) Route and connect the liquid tube and suction
tube from expansion valve to dash panel.
