4.16.2 Command Description

Using designated MAC encrypt work KEY to do MAC encrypt calculation to the Data. Len
maximum support 240.
When Len=8, only make the 3DED calculation to the data once.
When Len>8, make the standard MAC encrypt calculation, the algorithm is the same with
Auth Code calculation.
