4.10.2 Command Description

If you successfully set the KSN, the DUKPT KEY in current directory will be deleted. If
KSN's right most 21 bits are not 0, you cannot download such directory's DUKPT KEY. In
another word, only if the KSN is the initializing KSN, the DUKPT KEY can be
downloaded.
