5. Adjusting the Footplate and Footrest
5.1 Setting height of the foot plate
Turn the black button on the footrest independently, see Figure 6
Select the desired height, make sure the holes in the top two tubes together and turn the black button until
tight.
Make sure the foot plate is in place and that the length is equal on both sides

5.2 Setting height of the foot plate (socket)
For adjusting the height of the footplate you need to use the enclosed wrench number 6
Tighten the bolt on the footrest independently, see Figure 6

Select the desired height and tighten the bolt down

Make sure the foot plate is in place and that the length is equal on both sides

5.3 Setting angle of the foot plate
There are two different types of foot where it is possible to adjust the angle of the foot plate. You can decipher
which footrest you have by looking at it.
Footrest (infinite adjustment, figure 8)
To adjust the angle of this footplate you sit in the wheelchair and use your feet on the footplates to find the
correct angle. On this footrest the footplate you can never be fully secure but is still safe for use. You can fasten
the footplate securely with the supplied wrench (No. 5) on the side of the foot plate
6. Upholstery Adjustment
The canvas upholstery on the wheelchair can be replaced/readjusted if it becomes worn. This is achieved
with best results if the wheelchair is half folded. To do this loosen and remove all of the screws, loosen all
of the Velcro underneath of the seat canvas and reposition the upholstery, tighten to desired comfort level.
Then retighten all of the fixings.
